To apply, send your CV and introduction to the above email or in the form at the bottom of this page. After we have received and reviewed your CV, we will request you to fill out a form with information required to begin the screening process.

Screening
We arrange a meeting at a location that suits you best, whether in person or online if in-person is not currently possible. Before the meeting, the form mentioned in the previous step must have been provided.
Documents we will request include references, criminal record extract, passport, and driver's license (if applicable) among others. You will be asked questions regarding your job history, experience & qualifications in childcare, health, and preferred schedule & positions. And of course, we want to get to know who you are as a person.

Family Matching
If the screening is successful, we will have an onboarding to our Nanny team with you and begin the family-matching process. At Little Sunshines, we see it as an integral part of our agency to remain in close contact with our Nannies. For part-time Nannies and Holiday Nannies, we will manage your schedules to optimise your work.
